NOTICE OF VIRTUAL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING:
In accordance with Governor Holcomb's Executive Orders 20-04 and 20-09 in response to the coronavirus disease pandemic, the Cumberland Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting and a public hearing via the Zoom meeting platform on Monday, August, 3, 2020 at 6 p.m. The public hearing concerns a petition requesting a use variance to allow single family residential to be a permitted use in the B-1 business district, Docket #VAR(U) 2020-02 6563 W US 40. Board members and town staff will not be present at Town Hall for the meeting. Members of the public and the media may find details and instructions for attending below.

Washington Street, Cumberland, Indiana 46229 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday thru Friday. However, appointments are recommended.
