National Road Park is located at 11510 East Washington St. just north of the Cumberland Municipal Building. The Park commemorates the significance that the Historic National Road (US40) has had on the development of the community. The park has four acres of land with two shelters and a gazebo. The two basketball courts are popular and used regularly. The two playgrounds have various types of equipment. Trees and park benches line portions of the sidewalk which circles the park.
