Town Manager
The Town of Cumberland Administration is run by the Town Manager. The Town Manager is appointed by the Town Council. The Town Manager is responsible for the day to day administration of Town business. The Town Manager provides technical support to the Stormwater Utility Board, Sanitary Sewer Utility Board, and Town Council. The Town Manager oversees Town Departments and the various services provided to Town Residents.
Mr. Jeff Sheridan has been Town Manager of Cumberland for five (5) years. Mr. Sheridan has led the Cumberland Historic National Road Streetscape, Cumberland Pennsy Trail, and the Buck Creek Sanitary Sewer Interceptor initiatives.
